Where I’m Going
I’m excited to continue developing my technical and creative skill-sets in a company where I’ll have ample opportunities to learn. I noticed many customer success managers advance to senior manager or director roles and that path interests me. To get there, I plan to gain more insights into SaaS by bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
I also want to continue integrating my technical and creative sides by learning more about technical writing and content creation. I hope to obtain a Certificate in Technical Writing within the next year.
